Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

2. Warranty Limitations
Water and dust resistance were tested under controlled lab conditions. Resistance may fail due to wear and tear or over time.
Damage caused by immersion in liquid, cosmetic damages such as scratches, wear & tear, color fading, or other minor defects are not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Processing Returns
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

No, we do not deliver on public holidays. All orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We deliver across Sri Lanka to all valid addresses. Please ensure your address and postcode are correct when placing your order to avoid delays.
Next-day delivery is only available for certain items. Before placing your order, please send us a WhatsApp message to confirm if your item qualifies for next-day delivery. Our team will guide you based on product availability and your location.
Yes. We use a third-party delivery service, and as per their policy, the recipient must receive and sign for the package. Klickcom.com is not responsible for any issues caused by third-party delivery personnel.
